The shunt release operation is operated in two ways: 1- When the overload current is interrupted, the relay protection action command shunt release tripping vacuum load switch; 2- When the short circuit is blown, the fuse is blown off and then the mechanical trip system completes the opening. The fuse is only used as backup short circuit protection, which greatly reduces the running cost.
