GW1 Outdoor high voltage isolating switch disconnector HV Disconnector
Structure introduction
GW1-10 outdoor high voltage isolating switch is suitable for installation on the outdoor high voltage distribution equipment circuit, for the circuit to cut off the circuit and switch the circuit when there is voltage and no load. This product is a three-phase appliance consisting of three separate unipolar isolation switches. Each single-pole isolating switch has the same components, such as base post insulators, front and rear static contacts, gate knife and arc angle.
GW1-12G outdoor high voltage isolation switch is a new type of switch made by modifying the equipment according to the current national standards and international standards for a series of problems existing in the original GW1 switch. The switch itself is equipped with a grounding knife, which can effectively prevent misoperations such as "live grounding and closing", and the operator does not need to hang another grounding wire. This product has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and has fully met the requirements of the national standard GB1985 and its first revision and the international electrotechnical standards IEC129 and IEC694. It is an updated product of the current 10kV outdoor disconnector.
The GW1-12LT outdoor high voltage isolating switch is a double-post vertical opening type. The manual operating mechanism used is CS8-5D rainproof type, and the electric operating mechanism is CX-6 type. This product is a three-phase common chassis guillotine switch, which can be divided into a chassis, an insulator and a conductive part. The chassis is composed of a frame welded by a rotating shaft and a bent plate and angle steel. Six porcelain rims are fixed on the chassis. Two make up one pole, three-phase operation insulator is installed on the rotating shaft, which is used to operate the three-phase knife opening and closing movement. The conductive part is composed of contact, knife and contact seat, which is compressed by spring. When the brake is opened, the operating arm drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and the operating insulator pulls the gate knife to rotate downward. After the contact with the contact, the contact is rotated to turn to the closing position.
